To make a booking, secure your reservation, receive postcards during your cat’s stay, or update your cat’s details, you must first create an account.  ​Providing your information allows me to set up your account, making the booking process quicker and easier for you in the future.

Rest assured, your details are only used by me and will never be shared with anyone else. By law, I can only keep your information for up to three years from your last contact. If you’ve been with us before and it’s been a while, you may need to register again. You can find more details in our Privacy Policy.

Once you've submitted your details, I'll review the information to ensure everything is in order. I'll then add you to the Kennel Booker System.  You'll receive a separate email which explains how to log in for the first time.  Please note, that new registrations are manually processed during my office hours—typically between 11:30 am and 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday, around arrivals and departures.
